While poomsae is practiced in our traditional classes, we would also like to provide students access to resources that can assist them in their practice outside of the club. 

Youtube channel Woo Taekwon provides poomsae video tutorials that includes a front and back version of the form. Feel free to adjust the playback speed of the videos according to your familiarity with the poomsae.
